Midsummer Celebration in Turaida

On June 21, 2026, from 4:00 a.m. to midnight, the annual Midsummer Festival with the theme “Over the Hill” was held at the Turaida Museum Reserve, inviting visitors to experience the summer solstice through traditional rituals, nature, music, crafts, and community celebrations – from dawn ceremonies to evening dances.
